I just read this story about Donald Rumsfeld.
It puts him in a whole new light, before this I thought of him solely as a evil, megalomaniac, psychopath, warmonger, but now I see him as something else: a bumbling (yet still evil) Mr. Magoo-like idiot/liar/weasel.
