We went out to dinner at a well known Austin steakhouse: Austin Land and Cattle. Thanks to my parents and father-in-law for financially backing this birthday feast. We both had Filet Mignons (they were a little smaller than the steak below) and they were awesome!!
Since we cannot grill on out apartment porch, we haven't had a good steak since Madison. This definitely did the trick! Finally an Austin dining experience worth writing home about!
